Dear Friends,
We
at REA have so enjoyed bringing interviews, stories, and articles that
entertain and educate our loyal readers. It has been our endeavor to
maintain a site that you can visit and always walk away with something
special. So, we want to keep it "live" for new readers to
stop by and visit. At
this juncture, we will be continuing our Sabbatical for the time being,
although we will periodically upload new material. As for me, my work in
Oral History is taking an exciting leap forward. I have a book that will
be published in 2007 and am currently researching/interviewing for my
next. Writing the stories and experiences of the individual is my favorite
venue. At this juncture of my writing and editing career, I'm
pursuing this subject with greater emphasis. I
have so enjoyed corresponding and working with each and every one of
you. I'll will keep you posted on my progress. And remember -
always keep a positive attitude and reach for your dreams!

If you enjoy history, consider setting
your plot and characters in a
historical setting. When you
opt for a historical backdrop, an overall
knowledge of the particular period
is important.
