Thought of the Week: October 13, 2002 Principle #2: Make time for relaxing
No. We are not joshing you! The challenge for you today is taking the time to relax. We don't mean collapsing on the couch and watching television. Although this may be a periodic alternative, particularly if it's a program that will enhance your life, we are referring to activities that will calm your nerves and open your mind to positive reinforcement! Relaxing for Free We would like to suggest that you consider activities that are free and interactive. (Television in general is a passive activity). We have discussed the concept of "stealing a moment" to enjoy life. (July 7, 2002) Consider these free activities that can be both relaxing and calming to your spirit and soul.
The only person who can make change is you. The irony is that making the time to relax will actually enhance your romantic journey. Truly, life is about moments, and we should make the time to appreciate it and relax!
