The Victorians

A Civil War Re-enactment:  Photo Archives

Isn't it a marvelous wonder when we stumble upon unknown treasures.  While perusing through my father's old journals and documents, I discovered some photos that were taken at a Naper Settlement Civil War Re-enactment.  These photos were likely taken over 10 years ago.

As is true today, the re-enactors do a tremendous job and are so knowledgeable about this period of American history.  It was also enjoyable to view the beautiful horses in the photos.  I don't recall the last re-enactment at the Settlement that included horses.  I appreciate that we have these photos to document the event.

I hope you enjoy viewing the photos.
