Advertisers/REALink Network Subscribers

Publisher may provide aggregated, anonymous statistical information about RomanceEverAfter.com users to other selected companies or persons, including potential advertising clients and REALink Network subscribers whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you.

Publisher may post on RomanceEverAfter.com aggregated, anonymous statistical and commentary information received from its Feedback Forms. (See "Non-Author Material Submitted to Service" in the User Agreement).

Upon your request, your e-mail address is added to our electronic mailing list so that, from time to time, we can send you information about new features, additions, and changes to our Web site. In addition, you may receive notice of when new stories are added to the Romantic Tales categories via RomanceEverAfter Update.

We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. We will not sell your e-mail addresses, or your name, nor personal demographic information to mass marketers.

You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g. user name, e-mail address) on bulletin boards, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other Internet users.

Although your privacy is important to us, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. Publisher does not endorse or is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the Service.

Letters to the Editor: You acknowledge, as a contributor of non-author material to the Service that you are granting (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) to Publisher a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to edit, copy, use, reproduce, broadcast and publicize your material or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever, without any compensation to you. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that you have waived any "moral rights" in your responses.

Personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, full name and e-mail address will not be published on RomanceEverAfter.com. (Also See Privacy Policy).

Feedback Forms and Polls & Opinions: Feedback Forms and Polls & Opinions forms are for obtaining feedback and aggregated, anonymous statistical information to, at the sole discretion of Publisher, post on the Service Web site. You further acknowledge, as a contributor of non-author material to the Service that you are granting (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) to Publisher a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to edit, copy, use, reproduce, broadcast and publicize your material or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever, without any compensation to you. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless Publisher, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from any material that you transmit.

In the submission of Creative Ideas for the Service, you hereby waive any ownership rights in a said Creative Idea and acknowledge they will become our property. As our property, we will exclusively own all rights to the Creative Ideas worldwide, and will be entitled to the restricted use of the Creative Ideas for any purpose, without any compensation to you.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Neither Publisher nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service and the information available on the Service or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service. You hereby waive any and all claims against Publisher and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of your use of the Service and the information available thereon.

This Web site contains links to third party sites. These third party sites include, but are not limited to, advertiser sites, author Web sites, and other reference sites. These sites are not under the control of Publisher and are not covered under our Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

Publisher and its affiliates do not review or monitor any Web sites linked to the Service and are not responsible for the content of any such linked Web sites.

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
