You can make a list of ideas that can show your affection and concern for your loved one's well being. Have you tried these 10 ways to nurture your relationship? Keep a picture of your spouse at the office. Slip a photo of you both in your wallet. Nothing is more pleasant than capturing a glimpse of your loved one when rummaging through your wallet. If you are having a bad day, gaze at your mate's returning smile. You'll feel your spirits lift. Surprise your spouse by arranging for an evening at a play and dinner. Have a babysitter all lined up. The day-to-day activity of life has a way of squeezing out any special time together as a couple. Your children, work, schedules, and responsibility get in the way of nurturing time. An evening out as a couple can rejuvenate your spirits and nurture your relationship. Remember to celebrate the important days, i.e., birthdays, anniversary, Valentine’s Day. If your spouse or mate remembers special days, you are a Create a library of romantic music. Keep a collection of romantic music on hand. Have soft music playing in the evening when your spouse arrives home. Consider having romantic music at the ready in your bedroom.
